The snow started yesterday. The day I had to go pick up the kids from their weekend at Nana's. That was an interesting drive. Some of the time it was just rainy and other spots I'd hit so much snow I couldn't tell where the road was. Thankfully we made it home in one piece.
It continued to snow most of the night and this morning the world was covered in a beautiful blanket of white. I can't believe that the kids didn't start begging to go out and play. I ended up suggesting that they go out for a bit right before lunch. After 45 minutes of putting on snow gear, we all headed out for some fun in the snow. Michael threw snowballs at the kids & the kids threw them back. The kids rolled down the hill, just laid down in the white stuff & made snowmen. Mallory made a snow-woman, it even had breasts. She also put butt cheeks on the snow-woman because "it can't be a person without butt cheeks". Both kids destroyed their snow people within minutes of building them, just for the fun of it.

Now everyone is warming up, doing their own thing again. Michael is back to working from home, Mitchell is solving puzzles, Mallory is dressing up in odd costumes, & I'm blogging.
