Saturday night I got to hang out with the girls. Woo Hoo! It always makes my day when I get to have a mommy's night out but drinking with my friends while eating tons of yummy stuff makes it the bomb. We all met up at Lara's house since her hubby & kidlets were visiting her out-laws. Stacy, Timara, Sara, Jamie & a couple of Lara's neighbors all stopped by with drinks &/or snacks in hand. The girls and I LOVE to eat. We always bring tons more to eat than we could ever dream of consuming. Tonight was no different. We had a table full of desserts, the island full of salty stuff, a never-ending pitcher of something wonderful to drink & of course, I can't forget........CRAB LEGS!
We hung out and filled ourselves to the brim for hours. Between one and two AM we all headed back to our own homes to sleep off our "good time".Thankfully I didn't have a hangover at all today. However, I was feeling very run down so I spent a lazy day with my family in our pajamas. I read most of the day but also found time to play a few board games with the kids. Michael spent most of his day on computer doing "I have NO idea" what! lol The kids played with Legos, watched a movie or two and challenged me to play a game with them both. I LOVE lazy Sundays!
