Happy New Year!

Another year has flown by.
2008 was an interesting year.
One of the biggest things that happened to our family is that Michael lost his mother & father. No they're not physically dead, we just decided that we'd had all we could take of his mother ignoring us and treating us like we're trash. Technically they were dead to us years ago, it just took us this long to say enough already.

Also this year I lost & gained 30 pounds (in that order). I don't even want to talk about that. lol

I'm wishing for a better 2009. Hopefully, our third child will be born this year. Nope, not preggo yet but hoping for good news soon.
It would also be awesome if Michael made partner this year. I don't know if that's gonna happen yet because no one has hinted about it to him yet. I think they usually really start preparing hopefuls a little before raises so everything will be in place once promotions take effect. (fingers are crossed)

I need to sit down and make a list of my personal goals to help keep me on track. I tend to lose focus if I don't have a goal to work toward.
