Mitchell has been bugging the heck out of me to teach him to cook. He's helped me make cookies & cakes before but never been in charge of dinner. Last night I went ahead and let him do it. We had Sweet & Sour Chicken and he did great!
He cooked & diced the chicken breasts. Then added the frozen veggie pack. I let Mallory help heat the rolls while Mitchell cooked because she can't stand not doing whatever he does. lol
Mitchell insisted on plating the food and serving all of us at the table. He even brought us drinks! It turned out very nice.
Once he found out we were having hot dogs tonight, he asked again if he could cook. I said "Sure. I don't see why not." Hot dogs are a breeze to fix, so he had no problems and was super proud of himself.
