My baby is FIVE today.
That's right. FIVE years old.
Old enough to start kindergarten.
Old enough to be a school aged kid instead of a preschooler.
She is just like she was as a baby and yet so much more. She's still strong willed and stubborn. She's still determined to get her way. She can still scream very loud when things upset her. She is also still very sensitive to things & people around her. She LOVES to be close to her family. She hates being all by herself. She still enjoys singing any chance she gets, usually choosing to make up her own songs over singing one she knows the words to. Thunderstorms use to scare her but now she thinks they're cool. She still spends a lot of time playing with Playdough, stuffed animals & dressing up but now she also LOVES make up, Barbies & Legos. She begs to do "school work" which I'm hoping will make it easier for me to homeschool her.
